If you are unable to continue your pet’s care at Big Creek Pet Hospital in Cleveland, and you need to obtain your pet’s records, please email us at BigCreekPH@yourvetdoc.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your request.  We will be happy to email your pet's records and send them to another veterinarian of your choosing. We can also print the records and have them available for you to pick up.
